Southern Green Beans

3-4 handfuls of fresh green beans

5-6 red potatoes

Bacon or Canadian bacon 1 Tbl olive oil

Garlic salt to taste

pepper to taste

2 bouillon chicken broth cubes

1 medium onion, brown in oil first

Simmer all together until tender (about ½ and hour)
