Lemon Bars
2 sticks (8oz) butter
2 cups flour
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
-pat into ungreased 13x9x2 –inch pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 325
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons flour
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon peel
-bled together pour over first layer, bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes until edges
turn slightly brown.
While bars are still warm, loosen around the edges and cut into bars. Sift powdered sugar
over the tip. Let cool and enjoy.
